“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.”
― Marie Curie
In case you’re wondering who I am (seeing as you’ve pressed the “About” link, you probably are), I shall tell you (rather briefly): I’m called Clare, I’m aged 16, I live in England, and I’m a christian.
I aim to write a blog about once a week, about what interests me about the world. Most of all I like thinking about abstract topics, especially human emotion, energy, happiness, joy, time, space, dimension, perception, reality, the process of thought, the complexities of the human mind. As a very visual thinker, I take blogging as a challenge to translate what I’m thinking into words.
I’m also obsessed with classical music. (I play the violin, viola and piano and I’m learning to play the organ.) Among my favourite composers are Bach, Shostakovich, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Mozart and Elgar (some of my favourite music, i.e. 200-odd tracks, is below – scroll down the list to get past the Bach!).
I hope you enjoy browsing my blog. Please leave a comment if you share similar interests so I can explore your blog.
(See my first blog entry, https://clarerrz.wordpress.com/2012/05/05/hello-world/ for why I’m writing a blog)
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of Godthat is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
